Erik Cavanaugh has been helping reshape the dance world to better understand that dancers come in all sizes. He has been seen in fashion, television, film, music video, at music festivals, billboards, and just about any medium in the entertainment world. Erik’s primary goal is help future generations not go through what he had to endure, being body shammed and discouraged from pursuing his passion in life, dance. Especially since it was from the very people who were supposed to be his mentors and teachers. Erik had found great success in his professional career as a dancer and now wants to start connecting with students all around the world as a teacher and mentor. Erik’s slogan is “Dancers Come In All Sizes” and he wants teachers and their students to really believe that, and the best way to do so is to be in the room with them and lead by example.
