Marissa Milele

Marissa is born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, has trained competitively in all genres of dance, along with power tumbling and trampoline. Marissa was on the hit TV show, So You Think You Can Dance, Season 12 and landed in the top 5 girls on Travis Wall’s, “Team Stage.” After the show Marissa was invited to tour on the seventy-city tour with So You Think You Can Dance in 2015. Immediately after SYTYCD, Marissa moved to LA and booked the “All In” Vegas Residency with Ricky Martin. In 2014 and 2015 Marissa participated as an NFL Professional Cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans and became the exclusive choreographer 2019-2021. Throughout her last ten years as a professional dancer, she has danced in award shows such as, CMA “Country Christmas”, American Music Awards, CMT, CMA Awards, and has danced for Demi Lovato on Good Morning America, VMA’s, and Billboard events. She has danced on “The Voice” with Charlie Puth and danced for artists such as Kanye West, Dan and Shay, Blake Shelton, Cam Country, Kenney Chesney, Demi Lovato, Caanan Cox, Jerrod Neimann, Alex Aiona, Janelle Monae, and Jennifer Nettles. Marissa has been in movies and TV shows such as the hit TV show Nashville, Netflix’s Insatiables, Alvin and the Chipmunks 4, Disney Marvel, Hawkeye and the recent Dolly Parton movie, “Mountain Magic Christmas”. Not only is Marissa an active, working professional dancer but she is the co-founder of Milele Academy Dance,where she trains young dancers to dance on a professional or collegiate level. In addition to choreographing for her Milele Academy students, she also choreographs for studios all over the United States and recently started choreographing for music videos and television. Recently, Marissa was the assistant choreographer on the Fox TV show “I Can See Your Voice”. Marissa has also been on faculty for conventions such as Revel Dance Convention for over six years. She truly loves mentoring and sharing her passion of dance with dancers all around the country while continuing to work professionally.
