Tamica Lee is a national television host as seen on the Oprah Winfrey Network OWN) and formerly served as the morning news anchor for Good Morning New Orleans on ABC affiliate WGNO. A former professional dancer, NFL cheerleader, news anchor. and entertainment co-host, she gained national recognition on Bravo’s Southern Charm New Orleans for her quick wit and authentic presence. Beyond television, she co-founded the nonprofit Son of a Saint with her brother Sonny Lee and serves on the board of Celebrate Canal and Sideline Pass, and organization empowering young women in New Orleans. As a proud wife and mother of two, Tamica remains deeply committed to her city and community. After graduating from the University of Louisiana, Tamica’s dance journey continued as a Saintsation (2001-2005), head coach for the UNO Privateer Dancers (2003-2006), AFL Voodoo Dolls (2007-2010), and NFL Saintsations (2011-2019). Her experiences shaped her leadership and confidence, influencing everything from her work on camera to her community involvement. Through it all, Tamica continues to live out the lessons of showing up, performing with purpose, and leading with heart.
