Harmony True fell in love with ballet when she first watched The Nutcracker when she was a little girl and knew that she had to dance on stage. Harmony trained with professional companies through classes, intensives, and year-long programs with Joffrey Ballet Company, San Jose Ballet and Marin Ballet. Harmony found her way to competing throughout her childhood and won numerous top awards, which led her to perform in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. She was a principle dancer for The Civic Ballet Company of SLO for over 10 years under the artistic direction of Drew Silvaggio, formerly ran by his mother, Lori Lee Silvaggio. Both were pillars in their dance community for the past 40 years. Harmony has been graced to dance roles such as Flower Queen, Snow Queen, and Sugar Plum in multiple performances with a live orchestra. She was also able to be pushed out of the element, performing in contemporary pieces such as Alice in Wonderland, Sidewalk Stories, Midsummer Night’s Dream and the Crucible, to name a few. She enjoys the challenge of dancing lead roles in unique and original contemporary shows.

Harmony continues to dance as a guest artist with her former company, The Civic Ballet Company, Deyo Dances, choreograph for The Monterey Peninsula Ballet Theater and various dance companies on the central coast. She is a Principal Performer for The Carmel Delights Company, an International Cabaret Group that has recently traveled to Ibiza and Edinburgh to perform. Harmony loves to bring a fresh energy and positive attitude, that will leave you feeling amazing after any class that you take.
